In July I challenged o2 on the poor signal across Lancaster, as they advised their site had been vandalised and their engineers were working to fix the problem. They have since informed me that this is a Vodafone site, not their own.

As part of this ongoing work to secure better signal, I invited O2 customers to seek compensation, and facilitated this through an online webform.
