It was great to speak with the Nationwide team in Lancaster about their Branch Promise, keeping all branches open until at least 2030 – along with their wider work on financial education and safeguarding.
Nationwide offers Money Lessons to school children aged 7 to 14, delivered either by themselves or by providing the module documentation for teachers.
They also host Digital Lessons on recognising fraud and scams, tackling isolation and financial exclusion, as well as holding Dementia UK Clinics with free, tailored advice from a specialist Admiral Nurse.
