I was honoured to be invited to officially open the wonderful new Nursery at Pilling St. John’s CE Primary School!
The old School House, which had stood unused for some time, has been beautifully renovated thanks to the school’s successful bid for the School-Based Nursery Capital Grant (2025–2026) – a government initiative supporting state-funded primary schools to develop or expand early years provision.
The Diocese has also been a huge support to the project, and it was inspiring to see how the transformation is already benefiting local families and the wider school community.
A wonderful example of what can be achieved when vision, community, and opportunity come together for our youngest learners!
